Last Day in London: Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and Happy Hour

Our last day in London; of course we decided to sleep in again, but whatever. We hung out at the hostel for a little while and then headed to get some food at this place called Pret a Manger, which is actually a large chain in London, but makes extremely fresh food to go a very low prices. After we fueled up, we headed to see what i was most excited for; Tower Bridge. But first we got to see the Towers of London, which I did not have prior information of. It was an incredible palace that was built in 1078, also known as "Her Majesty's Palace," obviously, where the queen has lived for all these years. When we turned the corner past the palace, the Tower Bridge came in to sight. It was incredible, far from what I imagined. Later on in the day we headed to Camden Town, a sort of half Asian/hip neighborhood of London. We walked around a bit and came across these rows of small food shacks and shops. I got some great Chinese food, Anton got some Indian food, and Sam got some Korean food. And we sat at the this bar that went along the canal with the seats being the seats of old scooters. Pretty cool. After we shopped around a bit we found this outdoor modern bar looking over Camden town, which to our surprise, was having happy hour. Pint draft beers were only 1.95 pounds. So we hung out there for a few hours.

Our last day in London ended with us catching a bus, and then a shuttle to the London-Stansted airport starting at 3 am. So before that we just hung around the hostel bar and planned the next part of our journey to Copenhagen.

I am currently waiting on Sam to send me the photos, so hopefully those will be uploaded soon.
